Job Description

Mobility Solutions Bengaluru (On-Site) Entry-level Job Description Desired Skills: Proficiency in drilling, reaming, grinding, tapping, riveting, helicoils insertion & removal, torque application etc. Familiarity with Composite materials and manufacturing processes including layup and structural bonding Awareness of usage of measuring instruments such as Vernier calipers, Feeler gauges, Micrometers etc. Ability to read and understand 2D & 3D drawings and GD&T features in drawings. Roles and Responsibilities: Perform mechanical assembly and integration of the UAV. Assemble, install, rework and modify aircraft structural, mechanical, hydraulic and electro-mechanical assemblies, sub-assemblies, components, and systems. Make structural provisions for components installation in the UAV. Perform a variety of fasteners installation and structural integration operations including Installation of control linkages on UAV. Perform alterations and repairs including composite structural reworks as per design requirements. Perform visual inspection of all components and finished subassemblies and maintain good quality of work with minimal errors. Maintain a safe work environment by adhering to all safety procedures including adhering to 5S practices and proper handling of materials, chemicals, tools, and equipments. If required, should travel to field testing locations for testing support, problem diagnostics and field repair activities. Skills Drilling Grinding Tapping Riveting Sheet metal fabrication
