Job Description

Accounts Receivable Executive

Key Responsibilities

Manage
customer collections
and ensure timely follow-ups for outstanding payments.
Perform
receipt posting
, ensuring accuracy and proper documentation.
Carry out
customer ledger reconciliation
and clear open items promptly.
Prepare and update
aging reports
, highlighting overdue accounts.
Perform
Bank Reconciliation (BRS)
and resolve discrepancies.
Coordinate with internal teams and customers for
collection discrepancies
and claims.
Process
credit and debit notes
with required approvals.
Share
periodic reconciliation reports
with stakeholders.
Support
month-end closing activities
, including reports and schedules.
Maintain accurate documentation and records for audit and compliance.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree
in Commerce (B.Com / M.Com) or equivalent.
2–3 years of experience
in Accounts Receivable or related accounting functions.
Good knowledge of Excel
, including formulas, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/HLOOKUP, and data handling.
Hands-on experience with
ERP systems
(SAP / Tally / similar).
Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Ability to join immediately (preferred).
