1.Post: Executive (Accounts & Marketing) 2.Compensation: ₹ 4.2 lakh/ annum (5 Days Working) 3.Other compensation: Medical Insurance 4.Educational Qualification . Com./ BBA/ BMS 5.Desirable Qualification: Master of Business Administration (Finance) 6.Skill set required: Working knowledge of: a. Tally software b. MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) 7.Experience :2-3 years’ experience of maintaining the accounts of any company/ organization 8. Job Description: 1. Accounting: a. Accounting, GST management, membership services, invoice preparation and expense entry using Tally software. b. Prepare and maintain up-to-date financial, membership and event records ensuring data integrity and compliance including accounts payable and receivable. 2. Membership a. Oversee member onboarding, orientation, renewals and retention efforts, ensuring positive member experiences. b. Provide exceptional support, respond to inquiries and build strong, long-term relationships. c. Develop and implement strategies to boost membership engagement, event participation and stakeholder satisfaction. d. Foster strong relationships with members, clients, vendors and sponsors to support long-term collaboration. 3. Exhibitions & Events: Identifying and capitalizing on event space sales opportunities and building and maintaining relationships with sponsors, stakeholders and partners for successful event collaborations. 4. Communication with Indian Missions and Government Entities: Liaising with Indian missions abroad and government entities and ensuring effective communication to address official requirements and stay updated on relevant developments.
