Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive-Accounts, based in Uttar Pradesh, India. The Executive-Accounts will manage day-to-day accounting activities such as maintaining financial records, managing invoices, reconciling accounts, and preparing financial reports. Responsibilities also include ensuring compliance with financial regulations, assisting with budgeting, and supporting audits. The role requires efficient communication and collaboration with various teams to achieve financial accuracy and transparency.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in accounting principles, financial record management, and account reconciliation
• Knowledge and experience in preparing financial statements, handling invoices, and managing budgets
• Familiarity with accounting software and tools
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Effective communication and teamwork skills
• Knowledge of applicable financial regulations and compliance requirements
• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; relevant certifications like CA, CPA, or CMA are a plus
• Prior experience in accounts management or related roles preferred
