Executive Accountant

EXECUTIVE

Department: Accounting

Overview: Responsible for a variety of accounting tasks, including accounts payable and receivable, general ledger maintenance, financial reporting, and tax preparation

Scope of Work:

• Process accounts payable invoices, ensuring timely and accurate payments to vendors
• Manage accounts receivable, including sending invoices, collecting payments, and following up on outstanding balances
• Managing month-end closing process, including bank reconciliations, journal entries, and preparation of financial statements
• Analyze financial data and generate reports to support management decision-making
• Prepare tax provisions and work on periodic tax filing process in accordance with Indian tax regulations (e.g., Income Tax Act, GST, TDS)
• Maintain a strong understanding of Indian accounting principles (Ind AS) and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations
• Participate in internal control procedures to safeguard financial assets
• Assisting with payroll/administrative duties, in coordination with HR Manager
• Troubleshooting & suggestive actions, in coordination with Head - Accounting

Experience: Minimum 5 years

Industry: Manufacturing / Trading

Qualifications: B.Com / other similar qualifications

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
