Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Excel Specialist to manage, analyze, and present data using advanced Excel functionalities. The ideal candidate will be proficient in formulas, pivot tables, macros, and data visualization tools, and will play a key role in streamlining reporting processes and supporting data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain complex Excel spreadsheets and models
• Automate repetitive tasks using macros and VBA scripting
• Create dashboards and visual reports for various departments
• Perform data validation and ensure accuracy and integrity
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and interpret data
• Troubleshoot Excel-related issues and optimize existing processes
• Train team members on Excel best practices and tools

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, Power Query, etc.)
• Experience with pivot tables, charts, and conditional formatting
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and ability to manage large datasets
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Science, Finance, or related field (preferred)
• Experience with VBA, Power BI, or SQL is a plus

Preferred Experience

• 2+ years in a data analysis, reporting, or operations role
• Familiarity with integrating Excel with other Microsoft Office tools
• Exposure to business intelligence platforms or ERP systems
