About the Role

7xGrowth (A Unit of Shivaay) is seeking a highly skilled Excel Specialist to join our night shift operations. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, thrives in data-driven environments, and can turn raw data into actionable insights through advanced Excel techniques.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and analyze large datasets using advanced Excel formulas and tools.
• Develop and maintain detailed reports and interactive dashboards tailored to business requirements.
• Automate repetitive tasks with Excel macros/VBA to improve efficiency.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all reports.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong command of Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, conditional formatting, and data validation.
• Proven experience in data analysis and business reporting (minimum 2 years preferred).
• Familiarity with VBA/macro automation (preferred but not mandatory).
• Ability to work independently during night hours and meet deadlines consistently.

• Work Location: On-site at Zirakpur, Peer Muchalla.
• Shift Timing: 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM (Night Shift / US Shift).
• Job Type: Full-time, Permanent.

Experience

• Microsoft Excel: Minimum 2 years (preferred).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
