Overview

We are seeking a meticulous and customer-focused eVisa Processing Officer to manage end-to-end electronic visa documentation and submission processes for our clients. The ideal candidate will ensure accuracy, compliance with embassy/consulate eVisa requirements, and timely approvals to support our travel operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and review eVisa applications, supporting documents, and client travel itineraries.
• Verify client information for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with eVisa guidelines.
• Coordinate with embassies/consulates, online portals, and internal teams to track application status.
• Communicate eVisa requirements, timelines, and potential issues to clients clearly and proactively.
• Maintain and update eVisa issuance dashboards and client records in the CRM/GM system.
• Handle escalation of eVisa rejections/queries and assist in re-application processes.
• Ensure data privacy and compliance with relevant travel regulations and data protection policies.
• Provide guidance on eVisa options based on client profiles and trip details.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor schelors degree in Travel, Tourism, Business, or a related field.
• Prior experience in eVisa processing or travel consultancy preferred (12 to 120 months).
• Familiarity with various eVisa categories (tourist, business, student, work, transit) and embassy/portal requirements.
• Excellent documentation, data entry, and attention to detail.
• Strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and basic CRM usage.
• Ability to manage multiple cases with deadlines and deliverables.
