Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

Prospect and qualify potential clients (corporates, travel partners, agents) and generate new business opportunities.
Conduct outbound calls, emails, and messages to set meetings and drive pipeline growth.
Prepare compelling pitches and presentations tailored to client needs.
Build and maintain a robust CRM database with activity, outcomes, and next steps.
Collaborate with marketing to convert leads and nurture relationships through the sales funnel.
Achieve monthly/quarterly targets for meetings, proposals, and revenue.
Gather market and competitor insights to inform strategy and offerings.
Coordinate with product/operations teams to ensure client requirements are met post-sale.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelors degree or diploma; telecalling/inside sales background preferred.
13 years of B2B sales or telecalling experience; travel industry knowledge is a plus.
Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
Strong listening skills and ability to articulate value propositions.
Proficiency with CRM software and MS Office.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
