Role Description Assist in collecting client information and preparing documentation for wills, trusts, and estate planning cases. Coordinate with legal partners, clients, and internal teams to ensure seamless execution. Manage records, follow-up activities, and client queries with professionalism and sensitivity. Participate in client meetings and internal trainings to deepen your understanding of estate and legacy planning. Contribute actively in developing systems, templates, and service processes. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Law, Commerce, Management, or related field preferred. Prior experience in finance, law, or client services is an advantage but not mandatory. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and willingness to learn are essential. Someone who is curious, detail-oriented, and eager to grow in the field of estate planning.
