📌 Position: Event Partnerships & Sales Manager Location: Noida About the Role: We're looking for a proactive, persuasive, and well-organized individual to manage sponsorships, event operations, stall bookings, and sales across our upcoming experiential events. From networking with brands to ensuring smooth on-ground execution, you’ll be at the heart of everything that powers a successful event. --- Key Responsibilities: 🎯 Sponsorships & Brand Partnerships * Identify and onboard relevant sponsors and collaborators * Build custom sponsorship packages in sync with the creative team * Maintain strong communication and deliverables tracking 🛍️ Stall Sales & Vendor Management * Reach out to D2C brands and small businesses for stall participation * Handle bookings, payments, onboarding, and logistics * Allocate spaces and coordinate vendor requirements 📞 Communication & Coordination * Act as the bridge between internal teams, sponsors, and participants * Manage pre-event and on-ground coordination * Help with decks, sales collaterals, and FAQs as needed 📈 Sales-Driven Approach * Meet defined targets for stall bookings and sponsor acquisitions * Keep proper records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions --- Who You Are: * Strong communication and negotiation skills * Background in sales, business development, or event management * Organized with follow-up discipline * Comfortable using Google Sheets, WhatsApp * Self-driven and comfortable with field/outreach work when required --- Compensation: * Fixed salary + commissions/incentives * Performance-based bonuses * Long-term collaboration opportunity with a growing event IP To Apply: Send your CV or short intro to Info@noidagram.com
