To continue our growth, we are looking for a highly motivated, target-oriented Event Sales Executive who is passionate about sales, has a deep understanding of the event industry, and thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment. Key ResponsibilitiesDrive sales growth by generating new leads, building strong client relationships, and closing event deals. Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets for weddings, social events, and corporate functions. Develop and execute sales strategies to expand Bray Events’ presence in Jalandhar, Chandigarh, Ludhiana, and other regions. Identify potential clients through networking, referrals, online channels, and local market outreach. Prepare and present customized event proposals tailored to client needs and budgets. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and deliverables to ensure profitable and smooth event execution. Collaborate with the planning and creative teams to ensure a seamless client experience from booking to event day. Maintain accurate client data, reports, and follow-up schedules in CRM systems. Stay up to date with market trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences to identify new opportunities. Represent Bray Events at exhibitions, bridal shows, and promotional events. RequirementsMinimum 3 years of proven experience in event sales, wedding planning sales, or hospitality sales. Applications without 3 years of experience will not be considered. Strong background in B2C and/or B2B event sales. Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Passion for events, creativity, and client satisfaction. Proactive, self-motivated, and target-driven with a strong work ethic. Willingness to travel within Punjab and nearby regions as required.
