Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
6-8 years of experience in event sales and operations.
Strong organizational, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver under tight deadlines.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and client relationship skills.
