Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced and resourceful professional to join our team as an

Event

Production & Operations

. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in event production, vendor management, and on-ground execution, with the ability to ensure seamless delivery of events from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee the end-to-end execution of events, activations, and brand experiences.
  • Manage production elements, including fabrication, branding, AV, signage, stage setups, installations, and other event-related collaterals.
  • Build and maintain a strong vendor and fabricator network, ensuring high-quality and cost-effective deliverables.
  • Negotiate effectively with vendors while ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
  • Oversee setup and dismantling of event infrastructure, ensuring compliance with design, safety, and client requirements.
  • Monitor and manage budgets, timelines, logistics, and manpower, ensuring operational efficiency.
  • Supervise on-site event operations—vendor coordination, production setup, troubleshooting, and client handling.
  • Ensure proper documentation, reporting, audits, and presentations using MS Excel & PowerPoint.
  • Drive operational excellence while maintaining a solution-oriented, proactive approach.

Qualifications & Skills

  • 3–4 years of proven experience in event production and event operations.
  • Strong knowledge of production materials, fabrication techniques, AV, lighting, and technical setups.
  • An effective vendor/fabricator network with experience in negotiation and vendor management.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel & PowerPoint for reporting and documentation.
  • Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and work under pressure with tight deadlines.
  • Must travel extensively across locations for on-ground event and activation execution.
