Job Title: Event Production & Operations Manager

Summary:

The Event Production & Operations Manager plays a pivotal role in driving the successful execution of corporate events, ensuring seamless delivery from concept to completion. This position is responsible for managing all aspects of event production, including strategic planning, budget oversight, vendor coordination, and on-site management, while aligning deliverables with organizational goals and brand standards. The ideal candidate will lead cross-functional teams, ensure compliance with safety and sustainability guidelines, and deliver high-impact experiences that reflect the company’s commitment to excellence. This role is critical in enhancing stakeholder engagement and supporting the company’s operational and strategic objectives across regional and international platforms.

Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end event production, including budget development, vendor selection, venue procurement, and on-site execution.
Partner with corporate leadership to define event objectives and design experiences that reflect brand identity and strategic initiatives.
Supervise event teams, contractors, and third-party suppliers to ensure timely, high-quality delivery within scope and budget.
Enforce adherence to safety regulations, legal requirements, and sustainability practices across all event operations.
Monitor project timelines, manage risks, and implement corrective actions to maintain operational efficiency.

Requirements

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in event production, operations management, or a similar role.
Proven track record in managing large-scale corporate events with complex logistics and cross-functional teams.
Exceptional organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented approach.
Strong command of English, both written and spoken, for effective communication with stakeholders and vendors.
Must be currently based in Kolkata or the West Bengal region.
Willingness to relocate as required.
