Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Event Marketing Manager located in Bengaluru. The Event Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning and executing event marketing strategies, organizing trade shows, managing events, and driving sales through event promotions.

Qualifications

• Event Marketing and Event Planning skills
• Trade Shows and Event Management experience
• Sales skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Hospitality Management, or related field

• Drive sponsorship campaigns and secure national/international partners for YCO 2026
• Execute innovative marketing strategies and brand collaborations
• Engage with hospitality brands, food & beverage companies, and corporate CSR divisions
• Coordinate with media, event, and branding teams for seamless promotion
• Ensure high-impact visibility for all partners and sponsors
  

• 2–4 years of experience in marketing, sponsorships, or brand management
• Strong network in F&B, hospitality, FMCG, or corporate CSR sectors
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and passionate about global events and hospitality
