Job Summary

BAI Infosolutions invites applications for the position of Event & Marketing Intern to support our offline and online marketing initiatives with a special focus on corporate events and promotional activities. The role involves end-to-end coordination of events from planning to execution, alongside vendor management and procurement of marketing materials. The intern will work closely with the marketing to strengthen brand visibility and ensure smooth event execution.


Key Responsibilities


Event Management


  • Plan, organize, and execute corporate events, employee engagement activities, and promotional campaigns from start to finish.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to define event requirements, budgets, and deliverables.
  • Handle vendor coordination, negotiations, and procurement for all event-related needs.
  • Manage on-ground arrangements during events, ensuring smooth execution and timely delivery.
  • Prepare event reports and feedback post-execution for future improvements.


Marketing & Procurement

  • Handle the procurement of marketing materials such as flyers, brochures, standees, banners, merchandise, and other promotional items.
  • Work with the graphics team and vendors to ensure design accuracy, quality, and timely production of materials.
  • Collaborate with marketing leads to align event collaterals with brand identity and campaign goals.
  • Curate and manage behind-the-scenes (BTS) content from events and campaigns for social media.
  • Support digital marketing efforts such as posting event highlights and updates on corporate pages.
  • Assist in vendor research and negotiation for cost-effective and high-quality marketing services.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify potential vendors, event venues, and promotional trends.


Qualifications & Skills


  • Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Event Management, Business, or Communications.
  • Strong understanding of event planning and marketing principles.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of vendor coordination and procurement processes.
  • Creative thinker with attention to detail and visual presentation.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with design tools such as Canva or Adobe Suite is a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively in a team.
  • Willingness to travel or extend working hours during events, if required.
