About the Role:

Event Marketing Intern

Key Responsibilities:

• On-Ground Support:

  Be present during events, activations, and workshops to ensure smooth execution and a great brand experience.

• Coordination:

  Work closely with internal teams (design, operations, content, sales) and external agencies/vendors for seamless event management.

• Creative & Operations Management:

  Assist in developing event creatives, collaterals, and managing event logistics/operations.

• Execution Assistance:

  Support end-to-end event activities—from setup to closure—ensuring timelines and brand standards are met.

• Stakeholder Management:

  Communicate effectively with partners, vendors, and student/corporate stakeholders during events.

• Travel:

  Be open to traveling across cities or campuses for on-ground activations.

• Feedback & Reporting:

  Collect on-ground insights and event reports for internal review.

Must-Have Qualifications:

• Strong interest in

  event marketing, branding, or on-ground activations

• Good communication skills in

  English/Tamil/Kannada

• Highly organized, with attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Willingness to travel and work flexible hours during events
• Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace for coordination and reporting

Nice-to-Have:

• Prior exposure to campus events, festivals, or promotional activations
• Interest in the

  tech/edtech/startup ecosystem

• Creative mindset with ability to think of engaging event ideas
