For more information about us, visit www.guvi.in Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and knowledgeable CAD Civil Trainer with specialization in Autodesk Navisworks to join our technical training team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering hands-on training, developing course materials, and supporting civil engineering professionals in mastering Navisworks for coordination, clash detection, and project visualization. Key Responsibilities: Design and deliver engaging training sessions on Navisworks with a focus on civil and infrastructure projects. Provide instruction on integrating Navisworks with CAD Civil 3D, Revit, InfraWorks , and other relevant tools. Develop custom training materials, tutorials, and user guides tailored to various skill levels. Conduct both in-person and virtual training sessions for engineers, drafters, and project managers. Support trainees in real-time project environments, ensuring effective application of Navisworks in coordination and review. Stay up to date with the latest features, best practices, and updates in Navisworks and related Autodesk products. Evaluate training effectiveness and provide feedback for continuous improvement. Collaborate with engineering and BIM teams to identify skill gaps and design appropriate training interventions. Required Qualifications: Proven experience in Navisworks Manage and/or Simulate , especially in civil and infrastructure projects. Strong background in civil engineering design software , especially CAD Civil 3D . Prior experience delivering technical training or mentoring in a corporate or academic setting. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in interpreting and teaching 3D models, clash detection workflows, and coordination techniques. Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Preferred Qualifications: Autodesk Certified Instructor (ACI) or equivalent certification. Experience with additional tools such as InfraWorks, BIM 360, or Revit. Knowledge of construction project workflows and data collaboration strategies. Familiarity with scripting or automation in Navisworks using plugins or APIs is a plus. Show more Show less
