Event Manager

The Event Manager position based in Ahmedabad at Shiv Shakti Farm is a full-time on-site role where you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing various events. Your daily tasks will include managing event logistics, coordinating with vendors, overseeing event staff, creating and adhering to event budgets, and ensuring the smooth running of events. As an Event Manager, you will also be involved in promoting events, handling client communications, and troubleshooting any issues that may arise during events. The ideal candidate should possess skills in event planning, coordinating, and logistics management. Additionally, experience in budgeting, financial planning, and cost management will be beneficial for this role. Strong vendor and client communication skills are essential, along with team leadership and staff management abilities. Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills will also be crucial in ensuring the success of events. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities are required, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed is a must. A Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred for this position.
