Job Description

Job Role:

To lead the planning and execution of impactful events such as seminars, webinars, corporate events, and outreach programs to support brand visibility and business goals.

Responsibilities:

Plan and execute end-to-end corporate and promotional events.
Organize product launches, conferences, trade shows, open houses.
Manage vendors, logistics, budgeting, venue coordination.
Track event performance, ROI, and audience response.
Collaborate with marketing, content, and design teams for promotion.
Liaise with partners, clients, institutions, and agencies.
Ensure seamless internal and external coordination.

Preferred candidate profile

5 - 7 years in event management (education industry preferred).
Strong in coordination, communication & multitasking.
Creative mind-set with strong problem-solving abilities.

We're only considering candidates currently in Hyderabad (no virtual interviews).
