Event Manager

Event Management

• Plan and execute our annual flagship event and 4-5 quarterly events (internal & external)
• Manage complete event lifecycle from conceptualization to post-event analysis
• Coordinate logistics, venue selection, catering, and attendee management

Vendor & Procurement Management

• Source, evaluate, and manage marketing vendors and service providers
• Negotiate contracts and obtain competitive quotations
• Maintain vendor database and performance metrics

Operations & Administration

• Maintain comprehensive marketing data and event databases
• Manage corporate gifting strategies and inventory
• Ensure seamless coordination between internal teams and external stakeholders
• Track budgets, timelines, and deliverables across all marketing initiatives

Requirements

• Experience: 2+ years in marketing operations, event management, or related field
• Notice Period: Immediate to 30 days preferred
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Experience with vendor management and procurement processes
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
• Proficiency in data management and reporting tools

Job Types: Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹450,000.00 - ₹650,000.00 per year
