Role Description

This is a full-time Event Manager role based on-site in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. The Event Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing events that align with Stars N Celebs' mission. KRA's include1. Conceptualizing and executing events and we would be launching our ideas (IP's) targetting colleges , across the country.2. Identifying and on-boarding agencies to manage our event in other cities.3. Relationship management with key stakeholders and this would involve meeting them over informal platforms also, like lunches, coffees, drinks, parties....etc.4. Creating presentations and marketing collaterals 5. Good at negotiations.

Qualifications

• Event planning, coordination, and execution skills
• Budget management and vendor negotiation experience
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for working with artists, clients, and teams
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and within tight deadlines
• Creative thinking and attention to detail to ensure exceptional event experiences
• A degree in Event Management, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus
• Experience in the entertainment or creative industries is beneficial
