Role Overview

We are seeking a creative, outgoing, and business-driven Event Manager to lead corporate and entertainment events at ARZ Club. The ideal candidate should be able to conceptualize unique event experiences, attract new clients, manage PR and brand visibility, and maintain strong networks with artistes, performers, and corporate partners.

Key Responsibilities

1. Event Planning & Creativity

• Conceptualize and design unique, theme-based corporate and entertainment events.
• Innovate in décor, stage design, and event flow to enhance guest engagement.
• Collaborate with artistes, DJs, and entertainers to deliver high-impact shows.

2. Business Development & Client Acquisition

• Drive new event bookings by engaging with companies, agencies, and brands.
• Develop corporate tie-ups and partnerships to expand ARZ Club’s event portfolio.
• Create customized event packages and proposals aligned with client needs.

3. PR & Brand Management

• Manage public relations and brand collaborations to enhance ARZ Club’s visibility.
• Build strong relationships with media, influencers, and corporate communication teams.
• Ensure positive brand representation before, during, and after every event.

4. Artist & Vendor Network

• Maintain a strong network of artistes, anchors, DJs, and performers.
• Manage bookings, schedules, and vendor negotiations effectively.
• Ensure timely coordination for entertainment and production elements.

5. Event Operations & Coordination

• Oversee full event execution — from setup and logistics to guest experience.
• Coordinate across F&B, operations, and entertainment teams for seamless delivery.
• Handle on-ground challenges with professionalism and quick decision-making.

6. Financial Management

• Prepare event budgets and ensure profitability for each event.

• Monitor expenses, contracts, and vendor payments.

Requirements

• 3–6 years of experience in event management, PR, or hospitality-based event operations.
• Strong creative and organizational skills for designing impactful events.
• Proven network of artistes, performers, and corporate contacts.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills.
• Hands-on experience in PR, brand management, and client outreach.
• Ability to manage multiple events under pressure with attention to detail.
