Role Overview We are looking for a dynamic and creative Social Media Marketing Intern who is passionate about digital storytelling and driving meaningful engagement. You will work closely with the marketing and content teams to grow SpeakIn's social media presence, build community, and amplify brand awareness. Key Responsibilities Manage and grow SpeakIn’s social media accounts (LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, YouTube) Develop and execute engaging content strategies to increase reach and interaction Monitor trends and conversations to create timely and relevant posts Design graphics, reels, and promotional creatives using Canva or similar tools Collaborate with internal teams to promote events, workshops, podcasts, and coach features Track performance metrics and suggest improvements for better engagement Engage with followers, respond to messages/comments, and build brand loyalty Who You Are Strong understanding of various social media platforms and content formats A recent graduate or student pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field Basic design skills (Canva, Adobe, etc.) Excellent written and verbal communication Creative thinker, team player, and passionate about learning and growing in the digital marketing space Available to work full-time for the next 3 months What We Offer Mentorship from experienced marketing professionals A hands-on learning experience with a fast-growing professional learning platform Stipend: Up to ₹15,000 per month Certificate upon successful completion Opportunity for a full-time role based on performance Be part of campaigns that create real impact across Asia’s top organizations

Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic Event Manager to lead the end-to-end planning and execution of high-impact leadership forums, roundtables, and conferences under the SpeakIn Asia Dialogues Forum (ADF) series across multiple cities in Asia. This role demands a meticulous planner, strong communicator, and creative problem-solver who thrives in fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environments. Key Responsibilities - Lead complete event planning and execution lifecycle - from concept to completion - ensuring seamless delivery of high-profile events. - Manage venue selection, budgeting, logistics, vendor coordination, hospitality, production, and on-ground operations. - Liaise with internal teams (marketing, partnerships, content, design) to align event messaging, brand visibility, and stakeholder experience. - Coordinate with CXO-level speakers, partners, and clients for schedules, travel, and on-site requirements. - Develop and maintain project timelines, checklists, and budget trackers to ensure milestones are met efficiently. - Oversee branding, stage design, and experience curation in collaboration with creative and production teams. - Manage vendors (AV, dcor, photography, travel, etc.) and negotiate cost-effective solutions without compromising quality. - Ensure flawless execution and guest experience through on-site management and contingency planning. - Post-event reporting, evaluation, and documentation for continuous improvement. Key Skills and Attributes - Proven track record of managing end-to-end large-scale events (corporate, leadership, or premium forums). - Strong project management, negotiation, and stakeholder-handling skills. - Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building abilities. - High attention to detail, ability to multitask, and comfort working with tight deadlines. - Creative flair for brand and experience design. - Willingness to travel for domestic and international events. Preferred Background - Experience in corporate event management, experiential marketing, or MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, Exhibitions) industry. - Strong network of vendors, venues, and event partners. - Familiarity with event budgeting, production workflows, and hospitality coordination.
