Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad for an Event Manager. The Event Manager will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of wedding photography and videography projects. Responsibilities include managing event logistics, coordinating with photographers and cinematographers, liaising with clients to understand requirements, and ensuring smooth project delivery. The role also involves handling schedules, managing resources, and maintaining quality standards aligned with the company's creative vision.

Qualifications

• Event planning, project coordination, and time management skills
• Strong communication, client relationship management, and teamwork abilities
• Leadership qualities and problem-solving skills for on-site event management
• Flexibility to work on weekends or during non-traditional hours as required
• Familiarity with creative industries, including photography and videography, is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
