Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Mumbai for an Event Coordinator. The Event Coordinator is responsible for planning, organizing, and managing events, including educational workshops, seminars, and exhibitions. Duties include overseeing event logistics, liaising with clients and vendors, coordinating schedules, ensuring a seamless event execution, and providing excellent customer service. The Event Coordinator will collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders while maintaining high standards of communication and organization.

Qualifications

• Event Planning and Event Management skills
• Strong Communication skills to coordinate with clients, vendors, and team members
• Proficiency in Customer Service and the ability to manage relationships effectively
• Experience in Sales and the ability to promote and market events
• Proven organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to multitask
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure
• Familiarity with the education and skills development sector is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
