Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role based in Bengaluru, with flexibility for some remote work. As an Event Coordinator, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and managing events from start to finish. Key tasks include coordinating with clients and vendors, overseeing event execution, maintaining clear communication, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the event process. Additionally, you will collaborate with internal teams to meet sales goals and ensure the highest-quality events that reflect the Eevagga brand. Qualifications Proficiency in Event Planning and Event Management to oversee all elements of successful event execution. Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to maintain client relationships and effectively address their needs. Experience in Sales to support client acquisition and upselling of event services. Organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple events and ensure seamless execution. Proficiency in project management tools and strong multitasking capabilities. A Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Event Management, or a related field is preferred. Prior experience in event coordination or the hospitality industry will be an added advantage.
