Job Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Event Coordinator to join our growing team. The role involves coordinating with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure flawless event execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing weddings, corporate events, and private functions.
• Communicate with clients to understand their requirements and deliver memorable experiences.
• Coordinate with vendors, decorators, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Handle on-site event coordination, including setup, guest management, and troubleshooting.
• Support the creative team in designing unique event concepts and themes.
• Ensure events are executed within timelines and budgets.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Mass Communication, or related field (preferred, not mandatory).
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as per event schedules.
• Freshers and entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.
