Evaluator

Key Responsibilities

Evaluate assigned work, assessments, documents, or performance outputs as per established criteria
Ensure accuracy, consistency, and objectivity in the evaluation process
Follow evaluation guidelines, rubrics, and quality benchmarks strictly
Maintain proper records and documentation of evaluations conducted
Identify errors, gaps, or areas of improvement and provide constructive feedback
Meet daily/weekly evaluation targets within defined timelines
Report discrepancies, concerns, or process improvements to the reporting manager
Adhere to confidentiality, data security, and organizational policies

Required Skills & Competencies

Strong analytical and observation skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
Good written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Basic computer proficiency (MS Excel, Word, online tools)
Fair judgment and decision-making ability

Educational Qualification

Graduate in any discipline
(Relevant certification or experience in evaluation/quality/assessment will be an added advantage)

Experience

Fresher or 1–3 years of experience in evaluation, quality checking, auditing, assessment, or similar roles
Experience in education, training, EdTech, BPO, or compliance roles is a plus
