Job Description

Executive Car Rental Services is seeking a results-driven and motivated Business Development Manager to lead corporate sales and drive business growth in the B2B car rental segment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in managing corporate clients, leading a sales team, and executing strategies that boost revenue and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement a robust growth strategy focused on revenue generation and client satisfaction
Identify and research new market opportunities and prospective corporate clients
Schedule and conduct business meetings with decision-makers in target organizations
Promote our rental services by addressing client-specific needs and providing customized solutions
Prepare and negotiate sales proposals and contracts in line with company policies and legal guidelines
Maintain records of sales activities, revenue, invoices, and customer data
Deliver excellent after-sales service and maintain strong client relationships
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior sales staff, helping them grow into effective team members

Key Requirements:

58 years of proven experience in B2B sales or business development, preferably in the car rental or mobility services sector
Prior experience in team handling or a managerial role
Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Fluency in English; knowledge of local languages is an advantage
Graduate in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
