Estimation Engineer

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Estimation Engineer based in Pune. The Estimation Engineer will be responsible for preparing and analyzing Bill of Quantities (BOQ), performing project estimations, and overseeing cost assessments. The individual will collaborate closely with various teams, conduct research to support accurate estimations, and participate in negotiations to achieve cost efficiency while maintaining project quality. Day-to-day tasks will involve reviewing project specifications, preparing cost summaries, and ensuring alignment with project requirements and timelines.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in preparing and managing BOQ and expertise in Project Estimation
• Strong background in Civil Engineering, with knowledge of construction methodologies and materials
• Experience in conducting thorough research to support cost analysis and estimation
• Effective Negotiation skills for engaging with suppliers and stakeholders
• High attention to detail and accuracy in calculations
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
• Familiarity with relevant software tools and project management systems
• ERP experience is must.
