Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Estimation Engineer based in Kochi. The Estimation Engineer will be responsible for preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQ), conducting project estimations, and collaborating closely with the project team to ensure accurate cost analysis. Additional responsibilities include researching materials and market trends, maintaining project budgets, and handling negotiations with vendors and contractors to achieve cost-effective solutions.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in BOQ preparation and Project Estimation techniques
• Strong foundation in Civil Engineering principles and practices
• Proficient in conducting market research related to materials and costs
• Experience in Negotiation with vendors and contractors to achieve cost-effective agreements
• Exceptional analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
• Familiarity with interior design or construction industry is a plus
