Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Estimation Engineer located in Nashik. The Estimation Engineer will be responsible for preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQ), conducting detailed project estimations, and analyzing costs to ensure accurate budgeting. Additionally, the role involves collaborating with project teams, conducting research, and engaging in negotiations to achieve cost-effective project outcomes. The Estimation Engineer will contribute to the company's success by ensuring projects are efficiently planned and executed within allocated budgets.

Qualifications

• Expertise in BOQ preparation, project estimation, and cost analysis
• Solid understanding of Civil Engineering principles and practices
• Strong research and analytical skills for accurate project assessment
• Excellent negotiation skills to establish cost-effective agreements
• Proficiency in relevant estimation and project management software
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
• Previous experience in real estate or construction industries is a plus
