Job Description

5+ years of Peoplesoft HCM experience

Understand the core HR process

Design, Development and Unit Testing of Integrations / Enhancements in PeopleSoft HCM.

Create new reports, Interfaces (SQR/Application Engine/IB/API), BI Publisher as per the requirements.

Create and modify Components, File Layouts, Pages, Fluid Pages, Tiles, Records, Fields, Process Definitions and registering Components in Portal, Menu and Permission Lists as per requirements.

Good understanding Peoplesoft HCM (Core HR), Interfaces with Global payroll

Good understanding of latest Peopletools

Prepare technical design.

Perform peer code review.

Analyze the issues and priorities of support calls to meet the SLA.
