Job Description

10+ years of Peoplesoft HCM Global Payroll experience

Understand the complete HR process

Must have Good understanding and experience of Australia Global Payroll module

Nice to have understanding of HCM modules like HR,(ESS, MSS) Talent Acquisition Management, Candidate Gateway, Absence Management, Time & Labor, eCompensation, Assist in Requirement gathering, preparing understanding documents, assist in efforts estimation and writing functional design

Functional Design, Configuration and Testing in PeopleSoft HCM.

Create and modify functional specification documents, mapping of requirements to Peoplesoft system.

Prepare documentation of configuration details
