Key Responsibilities
🔧 ERPNext Development & Customization
● Design and develop custom ERPNext apps using the Frappe framework
● Build new DocTypes, APIs, reports, workflows, and print formats
● Customize core modules such as CRM, Accounting, HR, Education, Inventory,
and Finance
● Maintain compatibility across upgrades and ERPNext/Frappe versions
● Ensure performance tuning, query optimization, and security best practices
🚀 System Management & Deployment
● Deploy ERPNext on Linux-based on-premise VMs or cloud (AWS/Azure)
● Maintain CI/CD pipelines for controlled staging and production releases
● Assist in database backups, restore processes, and migration handling
📚 Documentation & Collaboration
● Maintain detailed technical documentation, including module specs and
architecture
● Work closely with functional consultants, analysts, and QA for smooth project
execution
● Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and peer mentorship
Required Skills & Qualifications
● Minimum 3 years of hands-on ERPNext & Frappe development experience
● Strong command over Python, JavaScript, Jinja, SQL (MariaDB/MySQL)
● Deep understanding of Frappe framework internals, ORM, REST APIs
● Experience in creating custom apps and modules from scratch
● Familiarity with Linux environments and deployment on Ubuntu-based servers
● Proven ability to troubleshoot and optimize performance in ERPNext apps
● Good communication skills and ability to document workflows clearly
Preferred Qualifications
● Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
● Experience with Git, Docker, Supervisor, and Nginx for deployment
● Exposure to integrating ERPNext with third-party tools (payment gateways, SMS
APIs, etc.)
● Understanding of Agile methodologies and sprint-based delivery
Work Conditions
● Location: Regenesys Mumbai Office, Navi Mumbai
● Work Mode: On-Site, Full-Time
● Office Hours: Monday–Friday, 11 AM – 8 PM
● Tools: Git, Trello/Jira, VS Code, Terminal, ERPNext Dev Tools
