Role Description

The ERP Technical Lead at CMS Computers India Pvt Ltd will be responsible for leading end-to-end implementation and support of ERP systems. Daily tasks will include gathering functional requirements, designing system architecture, managing system customization, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring successful deployment. The role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to optimize ERP solutions, while delivering on project timelines and maintaining system reliability. This is a full-time on-site position located in Gandhinagar.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of ERP software implementation, system design, and architecture
• Expertise in troubleshooting, debugging, and issue resolution
• Proficiency in programming and scripting languages relevant to ERP systems
• Experience with data migration, integration, and customization processes
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and project management skills
• Hands-on experience in database management, systems analysis, and IT infrastructure
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and coordinate with cross-functional teams
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field is preferred
• Prior experience in a similar role within systems integration or IT solutions is a plus
