Role Description

The ERP Support Executive will be responsible for providing functional and technical support to schools using the eTechSchoolOnline ERP. This includes onboarding new schools, training users, troubleshooting issues, coordinating with the technical team for bug fixes or enhancements, and ensuring smooth day-to-day system operations.

Key tasks include handling phone inquiries, assisting users with ERP-related administrative queries, ensuring efficient data entry, and maintaining records for smooth operation of ERP systems.


Responsibilities

  1. Client Support & Issue Resolution
  2. Handle client queries via call, email, or ticketing system.
  3. Diagnose and troubleshoot functional and minor technical issues in ERP modules.
  4. Coordinate with the development team for escalated issues and ensure timely closure.
  5. Implementation & Onboarding
  6. Assist in ERP implementation and data migration for new clients.
  7. Configure modules as per client requirements (e.g., student data, fees, timetable, transport, etc.).
  8. Conduct user training sessions for school admin, teachers, and management staff.
  9. System Monitoring & Maintenance
  10. Regularly review ERP performance and usage reports.
  11. Verify data integrity and assist clients in maintaining updated information.
  12. Suggest improvements and user experience enhancements to the product team.
  13. Documentation & Reporting
  14. Maintain support logs, issue resolutions, and change request documentation.
  15. Prepare weekly client status reports and feedback summaries.
  16. Create user manuals and FAQs to support end-user training.


Qualifications

  • Strong Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills
  • Excellent Phone Etiquette and Communication Skills
  • Experience in Executive Administrative Assistance
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Working knowledge of ERP systems and processes is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology or Business Administration or related field preferred
  • 1–2 years of experience in ERP / School ERP / SaaS support roles preferred.
  • Understanding of school operations (academics, fees, transport, exams, HR) is a strong plus.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and data import/export tools.
  • Basic understanding of SQL or database concepts (added advantage).
  • Strong communication, analytical, and customer-handling skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently with minimal supervision.
