Techminds Group India Pvt Ltd is a global IT consulting and services company specializing in ERP solutions, IT staffing, and digital transformation projects. We are looking for an experienced ERP Project Manager to lead end-to-end ERP implementations and ensure successful project delivery.

Role Overview

The ERP Project Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing ERP projects (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central / SAP / Oracle / other ERP platforms), ensuring that deliverables meet scope, quality, budget, and timeline requirements. The role involves working closely with stakeholders, functional consultants, and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

· Lead ERP implementation projects from initiation to Go-Live and post-implementation support.

· Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk management.

· Act as the primary point of contact between clients, internal teams, and vendors.

· Drive requirement gathering sessions and ensure proper documentation of business processes.

· Monitor project performance and ensure adherence to quality standards.

· Manage project risks, escalations, and change requests effectively.

· Conduct project status meetings and provide timely updates to stakeholders.

· Ensure user training and knowledge transfer for smooth adoption.

· Mentor and guide project team members to enhance performance and collaboration.

Required Skills & Qualifications

· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.

· 8+ years of experience in ERP project management with 3+ full lifecycle ERP implementations.

· Strong knowledge of ERP platforms (Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central / SAP / Oracle / NetSuite).

· Excellent project management skills with proven experience in Agile / Waterfall methodologies.

· PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification (preferred).

· Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

· Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver within deadlines.

Pay: ₹800,000.00 per year
