ERP Project Manager

Role Overview: You will be responsible for architecting, implementing, and deploying CRM/ERP/iPaaS solutions to meet unique industry, business, and management processes, regulatory requirements, and other business needs. Additionally, you will play a key role in developing detailed functional designs, conducting test planning and execution, and supervising and mentoring junior consultants and business analysts. Troubleshooting configuration issues and providing optimization support will also be part of your responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Architect, implement, and deploy CRM/ERP/iPaaS solutions tailored to specific business requirements - Develop and test detailed functional designs and prototypes - Drive test planning, execution, and optimization support - Mentor and develop junior consultants and business analysts - Manage configuration process from start to finish - Troubleshoot issues during configuration sessions Qualifications: - Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience - 7-10 years of experience in software implementations and development - Experience in managing teams and remote consultants - Minimum of 3 full implementation life cycles for CRM and ERP applications - Hands-on experience in product configuration and technical analysis - Ability to translate business processes into process flows - Strong communication and presentation skills - Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities - Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities effectively - Knowledge of project management techniques and tools - Familiarity with integrating NetSuite with other applications,
