• Lead multidisciplinary teams across ERP implementations
• Drive finance transformation initiatives and organizational diagnostics
• Analyze financial & operational data to support improvement strategies
• Manage project economics, risks, and high-quality deliverables
• Support business development, proposals & thought leadership
• Coach teams, lead knowledge sharing, and contribute to recruitment
✔ Big 4 or boutique consulting experience is a strong plus
✔ Expertise in FP&A, budgeting/forecasting, R2R, and financial reporting
✔ Hands-on experience with EPM blueprints, KPIs, and performance metrics
✔ Project leadership experience in finance transformation programs
✔ Preferred: Exposure to SAP S4/HANA, Workday Financials, Oracle, MS F&O
✔ Strong client-facing, communication, and problem-solving skills
