Job Description

About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Requirements Analysis:

    Gather and document business requirements from all departments. Analyze current processes to identify gaps and improvement areas.
  2. System Design & Configuration:

    Configure ERP modules to align with organizational needs. Develop system design specifications.
  3. Data Migration:

    Plan and execute migration from legacy systems to ERP, ensuring data integrity through validation and testing.
  4. Customization & Development:

    Customize ERP functionalities, develop custom reports, interfaces, and enhancements as required.
  5. Integration:

    Integrate ERP with existing systems, third-party applications, and external databases to ensure smooth data flow.
  6. Testing:

    Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
  7. Training & Documentation:

    Train end-users and administrators. Prepare user manuals, training materials, and system documentation.
  8. Go-Live & Support:

    Manage transition to live ERP system with minimal business disruption. Provide post-implementation support and troubleshooting.
  9. Project Management:

    Manage timelines, resources, and budgets. Report project progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders.
  10. ERP Oversight:

    Act as the single point of contact between the company and ERP vendors/consultants, ensuring alignment with business needs.
  11. Employee Support:

    Provide guidance and support to employees for effective ERP usage.
