Coordinate with internal teams and ERP vendors for customization, upgrades, and maintenance.
Provide support for daily operations of ERP systems across departments.
Manage user access rights and ensure data security.
Conduct training sessions for end-users and provide ongoing technical support.
Generate, analyze, and present ERP reports for management.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance workflow efficiency.
Ensure smooth ERP functioning and resolve technical issues on time.
