Job Description

Assist in the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of the organization’s ERP system.
Provide user support by troubleshooting ERP-related issues and coordinating with the IT/technical team for resolution.
Manage user access, create roles, and ensure proper authorization levels within the ERP system.
Monitor data accuracy by validating entries, updating records, and performing regular audits.
Coordinate with different departments to understand process requirements and ensure smooth workflow within the ERP.
Generate reports, dashboards, and analytics from the ERP system to support management decision-making.
Train employees on ERP modules, functionalities, and best practices for efficient usage.
Assist in testing new modules, upgrades, and patches to ensure proper functioning.
Ensure data security, backup procedures, and compliance with organizational policies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve system processes, enhance user experience, and optimize business operations through ERP solutions.
