Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage, Optimise and troubleshoot farvision ERP Software.
Provide technical support for ERP systems, including troubleshooting and resolving issues related to farvision.
Offer training on ERP functional modules such as sales, purchase, inventory management, and accounting.
Assist in implementing new ERP solutions by configuring databases and setting up user access rights.
Develop reports using SQL database query language to analyze business data.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvements through the use of ERP tools.
Coordinate with the vendors and IT teams to upgrades, patched and troubleshoot.

Desired Candidate Profile

3-6 years of experience in an IT environment with expertise in Farvision, Support & Implementation .
Strong knowledge of ERP functional modules such as sales, purchase, inventory management, and accounting.
Proficiency in SQL Database query language for report development.
Experience with implementation projects involving configuration of databases and setup of user access rights.
