ER/IR Professional

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement Employee Relations (ER) strategies

    that foster a positive work environment and align with organizational goals.
  • Conduct thorough studies and take appropriate measures to

    ensure a union-free environment and prevent work stoppages

    .
  • Develop a

    robust network to preempt ER matters

    and implement preventive actions to avoid potential issues.
  • Formulate and administer policies

    in discussion with management to ensure harmonious relations between management and workers.
  • Manage all compliance and various legal inspections

    , and effectively

    liaise with government officials

    .
  • Stay abreast of

    changes to labor laws, arbitration decisions, court rulings

    , and other relevant legal developments.
  • Set up Grievance/Dispute resolution mechanisms

    to address employee issues and ensure the amicable settlement of disputes.
  • Lead

    investigations and disciplinary processes

    with fairness and adherence to policy.

    work effectively with multiple senior stakeholders

Qualifications

  • Postgraduate diploma/degree

    in Human Resources/Employee Relations.
  • Knowledge of the

    local language (Marathi)

    will be highly preferred.
