Responsibilities

• Develop predictive models and algorithms

  to address complex business challenges and accurately forecast outcomes.

• Utilize statistical tools and machine learning techniques

• Provide suggestions and research-backed recommendations

  for the adoption of newer tools and available products to enhance data productivity and efficiency.

• Design and implement automated dashboards and reporting systems

  to streamline data insights and improve accessibility for stakeholders.

• Develop automated alert mechanisms

  to promptly notify relevant stakeholders of significant changes or anomalies in key metrics.

• Collaborate with cross-functional customer experience teams

  to deeply understand their data needs and provide comprehensive analytical support.

• Present findings and recommendations

  to senior leadership in a clear, concise, and impactful manner, translating complex data into business language.

• Lead and manage data science projects

  from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with organizational goals.

• Mentor and guide junior data scientists and analysts

Skills

• Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in programming languages such as

  Python, R, or Java

• Strong

  SQL skills

Qualifications
