- Manage policy and compliance for Employee and Labor Relations area.- Serve as the escalation point on policy and process.- Assist in reviewing Business Ethics Line matters and conducting investigations.- Identify the need for new policies due to changing business needs and legislative changes.- Action compliance related issues in coordination with employees.- Coach line managers and career counselors enable them to guide employees, facilitate engagement, people programs and activities.- Provide advisory support to MDs.- Manage employee life cycle activities i.e. employee orientation, integration and engagement activities, Performance Achievement, PIP and associated compensation processes.- Develop and execute employee satisfaction initiatives.- Handle employee concerns and queries by promoting HR contact center as first point of contact. Qualification 
Job QualificationsHeres what you need:
- Graduated of Human Resources / Business Management related discipline or graduated from Law School but interested in Labor relations.- English Advanced- Minimum of 5-7 years of HR experience- Experience in the resolution of conflicts
