ER & Policies Specialist

As an ideal candidate for the role, you will be responsible for conducting benchmarking studies to analyze both competitor and non-competitor organizations for best practices and policies. Based on these studies, you will design new policies and processes to enhance the existing framework. Your role will also involve updating, implementing, communicating, and administering established HR policies to ensure alignment with HR processes.
